STI / STD Testing

Services Offered

Denton County Public Health (DCPH) offers confidential gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV screening in the Denton and Lewisville clinics.  Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening is available to anyone.  There is an office visit fee of $30, and treatment, if positive, is no cost.  Test results are typically received within one to two weeks.  DCPH does not provide HIV medical care but can provide referrals if a client tests positive for HIV.

Please call to schedule an appointment for testing and print then complete the packet of forms below prior to your appointment.

DCPH also has free at-home HIV test kits for qualifying residents. Click here to fill out the HIV at-home test request form and a member of our team will contact you. For more information, visit dentoncounty.gov/HIV.
