Online fine payments can be made only for criminal offenses committed at age 17 or older. All defendants under age 17 at the time of the offense must make a personal appearance in court with a parent or legal guardian. Certain types of offenses, such as alcohol, tobacco, health & safety, parent contributing to nonattendance, assault, hot check, etc. require a court appearance and cannot be paid online. In addition, certain cases are subject to nondisclosure laws and are not available to be viewed or paid online.
Certain offenses may be dismissible with a $10.00 fee and documentation that all requirements have been timely met. Select “Explore Options” to submit your compliance dismissal request. It is important that you review the requirements before uploading your documents. In most cases, the court will review your submission within 5 business days. If your request is denied, a conviction will be entered and you will owe the remaining balance. If you do not see the option to request a dismissal and believe your violation should qualify, you should call the court before the appearance date on your ticket.
