Certification of Eligibility

By submitting a response to a solicitation, the Respondent certifies that at the time of submission, they are not on the Federal Government’s list of suspended, ineligible, or debarred entities.

In the event of placement on the list between the time of proposal submission and time of award, the Respondent will notify the Denton County Director of Purchasing. Failure to do so may result in terminating the contract for default.

Relating to state contract with and investments in companies that boycott Israel and investments in companies that do business with Iran, Sudan, or any known foreign terrorist organizations.

Israel Boycott

Effective September 1, 2017, Contractor/Vendor must verify that it/he/she does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of any contract. The term "boycott Israel" is defined by Texas Government Code Section 808.001. Contractor/Vendor further must verify that it/he/she is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or any foreign terrorist organization. The term "foreign terrorist organization: means an organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States Secretary of State as authorized by 8 USC Section 1189.
