Some activities through which employees can earn points include:

  • Body Mass Index (BMI) screenings
  • Colonoscopy screenings
  • Comprehensive annual physicals
  • Exercising at least three times a week for 20 minutes
  • Flu shots
  • Mammograms
  • Non-use of tobacco products
  • Participating in wellness classes
  • Prostate exams
  • Quitting tobacco, cholesterol

Some points can be self-declared; others will require documentation from your physician. Cholesterol, blood pressure, and BMI screenings are also provided twice a year to participants by the Health Department for free!
