We are now offering passport services BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Appointments can currently only be scheduled up to 3 days in advance.
Please review “Passport Requirements” BEFORE scheduling an appointment. Arriving to an appointment without proper requirements will result in the need to schedule a new appointment. Please select your desired location to schedule an appointment:
For information regarding processing times, please visit the U.S. Department of State’s website.
Due to the unprecedented impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, at this time we are not able to provide a specific update on when you will receive your passport and supporting documents.
Passport photo services are being offered at this time. Please be advised that you will be asked to remove your facemask for your photo. Accommodations have been made so that social distancing requirements can be maintained while your facemask is briefly removed. Staff taking photos will be wearing facemasks and face shields, which can understandably cause apprehension for small children.
If your child becomes extremely upset, we may not be able to take an acceptable photo during your appointment. Please review photo requirements at the U.S. Department of State’s website. Here you will find helpful tips and “Photo Tools” should you choose to take and print your own photo prior to your appointment. Photos must be printed on matte or glossy photo paper.
