Attorneys and firm administrators can register online for webinar training sessions. Courses for attorneys have been approved by the Texas State Board of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for one hour standard CLE credit. There are also Training Videos for Filers available for efile Basics, Independent Users and Firm Users.
Rules and Standards
Criminal eFiling was mandated on July 1, 2017 for Denton County. Civil and Probate eFiling was mandated on January 1, 2014 for Denton County.
Additional Information
Attorneys can now submit Orders of Withdrawal to eFile Texas so they can be removed from the e-service list. The order should be emailed to eFile with the orders attached which creates a support ticket. View a list of Electronic Filing Service Providers (EFSP) and the services they offer.
