Constable Precinct 3

Constable Precinct 3 PatchConstables are constitutionally authorized peace officers elected by precinct. There are six Constables in Denton County. They perform patrol functions and make criminal investigations, the main duty of most constables is to serve as officer of the Justice of the Peace Courts. In that capacity, Constables serve subpoenas and other papers.

The Men and Women of the Denton County Constable Precinct 3 office are dedicated to serving our community in a fair, impartial, and professional manner. We will recognize the worth, quality, diversity, and importance of each other, the people we serve and the department. We will diligently execute all court orders, both civil and criminal, and promote a safe and secure environment for the community by working closely with other agencies.
