Another unit within the Patrol Division is the Special Enforcement Unit (SEU). Also supervised by a Sergeant, this Unit has Deputies assigned to numerous areas of responsibility, such as providing a visible patrol on Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts in Denton County. This Unit uses two marked patrol boats to respond to emergencies, assist boaters, and remind all lake users to "have fun but be safe." The Unit works closely with all agencies assigned to the lakes.
