D.C.S.O. Explorer Post 29

What is an Explorer?

Explorers LogoWe train explorers to respond to virtually any call or situation the modern police officer may respond to using proper tactics, techniques, and law application while following the legal and moral standards that govern today's police officers.

Our Mission

  1. Gain exposure to various criminal justice careers and to have positive interaction with law enforcement professionals.
  2. Obtain “hands-on” experience and awareness of the criminal justice system, thereby helping an Explorer make an informed  decision on a career in law enforcement or a related field.
  3. Benefit from interpersonal growth through self-discipline, teamwork, challenging experiences, and high standards of performance and personal conduct.
