STARTING AUGUST 16th, 2021, DEFENDANTS MUST BE PRESENT FOR ALL FINAL PLEA SETTINGS

Current Court Procedures: Hearings and pleas are now in person. Facial coverings are recommended but not required. 

Defendants without attorneys: You will need to appear in court on your scheduled court date and choose how you wish to move forward with your case. Failure to appear may result in a warrant issued for your arrest and forfeiture of your bond.

Defendants with attorneys: Please consult with your attorney to see if your appearance in court will be necessary.

Attorneys: 

  • Bond Condition Hearings: Additional Conditions of Bond Orders may be signed and e-filed prior to Bond Condition Hearings.
  • To reset a case: Resets must be done in person and may NOT be e-filed. Resets that are e-filed will NOT reset a defendant’s case. Defendants must appear only if they are pleading their case or if they are set for a final plea.
  • To plea a case: Pleas will be done in person. Please do not e-file paperwork for in person pleas. Defendants MUST be present in court for ALL pleas.  If an attorney would like to appear remotely via Zoom, contact the court to make arrangements.
